    Step 1

    以叉子压碎玉子豆腐,加入其余材料和调味料混合均匀。To crush Japanese tofu with a fork, add the rest of the ingredients and seasoning and mix well.

    Step 2

    取2张越南米纸沾少许水,让其软化重叠一起。摊开米纸后,放入一大匙做法(1)的混合馅料在米纸下方,小心卷好包扎,以面糊封口。Dip 2 sheets of Vietnamese rice paper with a little water and let them soften and overlap. Put a tablespoon of the mixed filling from step (1) on the rice paper, carefully roll it up and seal with batter.

    Step 3

    烧热一锅油,放入米纸卷炸至脆,捞出沥干油,可蘸辣椒酱一同享用。Heat a pot of oil, add rice paper rolls and fry until crispy, remove and drain the oil, dipped in chili sauce and enjoy.
