    紫薯含有豐富的膳食纖維、澱粉、維生素、微量元素(硒、鐵、鈣、鉀 等)及花青苷、糖蛋白、胡蘿蔔 素、去氫表雄(甾)酮等多種功能性因子,具有抗氧化、抗腫 瘤、增強記憶、預防高血壓、修補心肌、減輕肝機 能障礙、增強機體免疫力等功能。

    Step 1

    将紫薯去皮洗净,切块后蒸熟备用。Peel and wash the purple sweet potatoes, cut into pieces, steam and set aside.

    Step 2

    将紫薯捣碎后压成泥,加入香草雪糕,搅拌至均匀,备用。Mash the cooked purple sweet potatoes into a puree, add vanilla ice cream, stir until well mixed, set aside.

    Step 3

    将4片切半的饺子皮排列成一排(饺子的半圆朝上,边缘重叠并用蛋黄液黏紧。Arrange 4 pieces of dumpling skin cut in half (the semicircles of the dumplings are facing upwards, the edges overlap and glue with egg yolks to seal it.

    Step 4

    舀入适量紫薯泥在每片饺子皮上,然后从左边开始卷起,然后用蛋黄液黏紧收尾。Spread appropriate amount of mashed sweet potato on each dumpling skin, then roll it up from the left, and then seal with egg yolk.

    Step 5

    将薯泥饺排入烤盘内,刷上蛋液,放入烤箱,以180°C烤约15分钟,即可取出享用。Put the dumplings in the baking dish, brush with egg liquid, put it in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes at 180°C, remove form oven and enjoy.
