    福州红糟焖猪蹄,味道独特。肉香和酒香兼具,吃起来一点都不油腻,让人回味无穷。

    Step 1

    把材料B和约700毫升清水一起煮约30分钟。Bring a pot of approximately 700ml water and ingredients B. Cook to a low boil for 30 minutes.

    Step 2

    把汤底过滤入另一个干净的锅,然后加入600毫升清水。Strain the stock into another clean saucepot,add 600 ml water into the stock.

    Step 3

    把猪蹄、青葱及姜加入,煮至滚。Add in pig’s trotter, spring onion and ginger. Cook to a boil.

    Step 4

    调味和勾芡,关小火继续焖35分钟。.Stir in seasoning and thickening. Reduce the heat and simmer for 35 minutes.

    Step 5

    加入白萝卜,继续焖煮25分钟或至萝卜软身。Add white radish and continue to simmer for 25 minutes or until trotter is tender. Dish out and serve.
