    鲜美的虾肉,混着红酒的醇香。这简直是太美味了,而且做法也是相当的简单。

    Step 1

    烧热1大匙油和1小匙麻油,炒香姜丝和蒜茸,加入云耳炒匀,加入水煮滚后再煮多5分钟。Heat 1 tbsp oil and 1 tsp sesame oil in wok, saute ginger and garlic until fragrant; toss in baby fungus and pour in water, bring to quick boil and continue cook for another 5 minutes.

    Step 2

    加入调味料煮滚,加入虾煮多3分钟即可。Add in seasoning, once boiled, add in prawns and cook for 3 minutes, done.
