    Step 1

    用腌料腌排骨,然后炸至熟透。Marinate the spare ribs with marinate ingredient preferably overnight in the fridge. Deep fried it until cooked and set aside.

    Step 2

    把剩余的腌汁煮至滚,然后加入排骨和调味料,以小火焖煮至汁稠即可。Cook remaining sauce ingredient till fragrant. Then add in spare ribs and seasoning,stir well and stew until the gravy become sticky. Serve hot.
