    这款需要酵母发酵的英式厚松饼,一上碟就需趁热享用,掰成两半或一整个涂上厚厚的果酱和牛油,外层金黄酥脆,一咬下去却是松松软软的。

    Step 1

    温牛奶加入黄糖和酵母,拌匀后,静置15分钟,备用。Mix brown sugar and yeast with warm milk, stay for 15 minutes.

    Step 2

    将面粉、苏打粉和海盐混合均匀,备用。Mixes flour, soda powder and sea salt.

    Step 3

    将作法1的牛奶倒入作法2的面粉内,搅拌至均匀,然后盖上保鲜膜静置45分钟。Mixes milk mixture with flour mixture; and then cover with cling to rest for 45 minutes.

    Step 4

    将煎饼锅涂山薄薄一层椰油,然后倒入作法3的面糊,煎至两面金黄即可上碟。Grease skillet with thin layer of coconut oil, pour in batter and sear until both sides turns into golden brown, dish out.

    Step 5

    配以牛油或果酱,趁热享用。Serve with butter or jam whilst hot.
