这种称之为lontong的组合在开斋节很受欢迎。有些人称此 Lontong 为 Sayur Lodeh,你可以加入各种蔬菜,在配上江鱼仔叄峇和椰浆香饭,正的非常美味。
隆东做法 : 1. 将所有配料放入锅中混合均匀。Mix all ingredient together in a pot.
2. 倒入适量的椰浆调整咖喱浓稠度。Adjust the richness of the gravy with the amount of coconut milk.
3. 根据姜黄粉的数量调整咖喱的颜色。Adjust colour of the gravy with the amount of turmeric powder.
4. 让咖喱沸腾并焖一段时间,调味即可。Let the gravy boil and simmer for a while, seasoned it well.
5. Lodeh酱汁搭配椰浆饭一起食用。Lodeh gravy ready to serve with nasi impit.
江鱼仔叄峇辣椒做法 : 1. 将洋葱、干辣椒、姜、一半的江鱼仔和大蒜一起混合搅拌均匀成细腻糊状。Blend onion, dry chilli, ginger, half of the anchovies and garlic altogether. Blend until smoothly fine.
2. 将搅拌好的配料和食用油和香兰叶一起煮出香味。Saute the blended ingredient with the cooking oils and pandan leaves until smells nice and fragrance.
3. 待煮得稍微干,加入椰糖、调味料、罗望子糊、剩余的江鱼仔和水一同拌炒。Once dry up a bit, add palm sugar, seasoning, tamarind paste, remaining of the anchovies and water altogether.
4. 将叄峇辣椒翻炒,直到完全煮熟且颜色变深即可。Stir up the sambal until completely cooked and turns darker, done.
