绿豆仙草珍珠豆奶Chilled soya milk with green beans, pearl sago, cincao

【材料】
豆奶1公升(冷藏)、绿豆100克(洗净浸泡2小时)清水500毫升、白糖80克、班兰叶2片(打结)、珍珠粉圆、仙草1份

【做法】
1.把绿豆和班兰叶一起用水煮至软。
2.加糖调味后煮至水干。
3.置放一旁。
4.把绿豆,珍珠粉圆及仙草放入碗里,然后倒入冷豆奶。

【Ingredients】
1 litre soya milk(chilled), 100 g green beans(washed & soaked for 2 hours), 500 ml water, 80g sugar, 2 knotted pandan leaves, Sago pearls, 1 pc Cincao

【Method】
1.Boil water, beans & pandan leaves until beans are tender.
2.Add sugar to taste & cook until water dries up.
3.Remove & set beans aside.
4.In a serving bowl, place beans, sago pearls, cincao & pour the chilled soya milk over.
