【材料】
新鲜山药 250 克(切方块)
冬瓜 350 克(切大块)
莞荽根 5 条
枸杞 10 克
红枣 10 粒
菊花 40 克
清水 2.2 公升
蔗冰糖花 200 克
水晶冰糖 150 克

【做法】
1 以水煮菊花10分钟,然后加盖焗30分钟至出味,过滤取菊花水。
2 把冬瓜、山药、红枣及蔗冰糖花放入菊花水里,煮至滚。
3 转小火焖煮30分钟。
4 加入枸杞、莞荽根和水晶冰糖,继续煮约5-10分钟即可。

【INGREDIENTS】
250g fresh wai sun (cubed), 350g winter melon (cut into chunky pieces), 5 stalks coriander root, 10g kei chi, 10 red dates, 200g Diamond Cane Rock Sugar, 150g Crystal Rock Sugar, 40g chrysanthemum flowers, 2.2 litres water

【METHOD】
1 Boil chrysanthemum flowers in water for 10 minutes. Cover the pot to infuse the flowers for at least 30 minutes until the flavours have developed. Strain the liquid and discard the flowers.
2 Add winter melon, wai sun, red dates and Diamond Cane Rock Sugar and boil.
3 Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
4 Add kei chi and Crystal Rock Sugar. Simmer until the sugar has dissolved.
