美式香辣鸡翼 Buffalo chicken wings

【材料】
鸡翼10个(1开2)
【腌料】
辣椒粉2茶匙、盐1茶匙、食油1汤匙、面粉3汤匙
【酱汁】
辣椒酱8汤匙、牛油2汤匙、黑醋2汤匙、盐适量
【做法】
1. 把腌料混合,然后腌鸡翼。
2. 用小锅热适量油,分批把鸡翼炸至金黄色。(图1)
3. 另外起锅,把酱汁材料混合,然后以中小火煮至牛油溶解即可熄火。(图2)
4. 加入炸鸡翼,兜均即可。(图3-4)

【Ingredients】
10 wings(cut at the joints)
【Marinades】
2 tsp paprika, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp cooking oil, 3 tbsp plain flour
【Sauce】
8 tbsps chili sauce, 2 tbsps butter, 2 tbsps black vinegar, salt to taste
【Method】
1. Combine marinades and marinate the wings.
2. Heat sufficient cooking oil in a small pot, deep-fry the wings in batches, turning as needed,
until cooked through and golden brown, drain. (pic 1)
3. Meanwhile, in a wok, combine the sauce ingredients and cook over medium heat until the
butter melts. Turn off heat.(pic 2)
4. Toss in the deep fried wings to coat. (pic 3-4)
