    Step 1

    鸡腿洗净抹干,加入腌料拌匀,置放2小时备用。Wash the drumsticks and wipe dry, add the marinade and mix well, set aside for 2 hours.

    Step 2

    把鸡腿汁煮滚后淋在鸡腿上至鸡皮紧缩,然后吊起来风干(大约5-6小时)。Boiled the chicken sauce and pour on the drumsticks evenly until the skin is tight, then hang them to air dry (about 5-6 hours).

    Step 3

    把鸡腿放入烤炉,180度烤至鸡腿金黄色及熟。Bake the drumsticks into oven at 180°C until the skin is crispy and golden brown.

    Step 4

    搽上蜜糖再撒入芝麻即可。Coat the drumsticks with honey and sprinkle some white sesame, enjoy.
