    Step 1

    烧热2杯油,将马铃薯炸至金黄色。Heat 2 cups oil in wok, deep fry potato until golden brown.

    Step 2

    留1汤匙油爆香蒜茸、洋葱和葱段。Keep 1 tbsp hot oil in wok,sauté garlic,onion and spring onion until golden brown.

    Step 3

    倒入腊肠炒至出油,加调味料煮滚。Toss in Chinese sausage and saute until oil emerged; add in seasoning and bring to boil.

    Step 4

    最后加入罐头猪脚炒匀,勾芡,盛起装饰。Add in canned trotter, thicken with starch and dish out; garnish to serve.
