    Step 1

    烧热1汤匙油爆香蒜茸、姜茸和小辣椒。Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok, sauté garlic, ginger and red chili until fragrant.

    Step 2

    倒入猪肉碎炒松至散,加入调味料和云耳焖煮5分钟。Add in minced pork and stir-fry until loosen; toss in seasoning and baby fungus and simmer for 5 minutes.

    Step 3

    加入蟹柳炒匀即可盛起。Toss in crab sticks and dish out.
