    芋香煎豆腐外观金黄诱人,口感外酥内软,咸香可口。它适合食素的朋友,是简单均衡饮食小品。

    Step 1

    把芋头蒸熟压烂成泥;素火腿和核桃切碎,加入芋泥中,加调味料拌匀成馅料。Steam yam and mash it; chop mock ham and walnuts and then mixes all with seasoning.

    Step 2

    将豆干切1cm厚,涂上少许面粉,酿上芋泥混合料,再沾上少许粟米粉待用。Cut tofu into 1cm thick, dust with some plain flour and top with yam mixtures; and then coat with corn flour.

    Step 3

    烧热平底锅,将素酿豆腐两面煎黄即可上碟享用。Heat skillet and sear the stuffed tofu until both sides turns golden brown, done.
