芝士薯角 Cheesy wedges

材料:

美国Russet马铃薯3粒 (切瓣) 、柑榄油2-3汤匙、盐1茶匙、黑胡椒粉适量

芝士美奶滋3-4汤匙

做法:

  1. 把马铃薯瓣放在托盘上,撒上柑榄油、盐及黑胡椒粉。
  2. 放入预热至180°С的烤炉里烤约30分钟至薯熟。
  3. 把芝士美奶滋淋在薯角趁热吃。
  4. 可随意加添香草,撒在薯角上一起烤。
  5. 也可以用炸的方式,烤则比较健康。

Ingredients:

3 russet potatoes, washed & cut into wedges, 2 – 3 Tbsps olive oil, 1 tsp salt, pinch of ground black pepper

3 -4 Tbsps Lady’s choice cheesy mayonnaise

Method:

  1. Place wedges onto a tray & drizzle olive oil, salt & pepper.
  2. Bake in pre-heated oven @180*C for 30 minutes or until wedges are tender.
  3. Serve warm wedges with cheesy mayonnaise drizzled on top.
  4. You may add some herbs sprinkled on the potatoes when baking like rosemary/ thyme if wished
  5. Alternatively you may deep fry the wedges until golden brown which is not so healthy.
