芝士薯角 Cheesy wedges

材料:
美国Russet马铃薯3粒 (切瓣) 、柑榄油2-3汤匙、盐1茶匙、黑胡椒粉适量
芝士美奶滋3-4汤匙
做法:
- 把马铃薯瓣放在托盘上,撒上柑榄油、盐及黑胡椒粉。
- 放入预热至180°С的烤炉里烤约30分钟至薯熟。
- 把芝士美奶滋淋在薯角趁热吃。
- 可随意加添香草,撒在薯角上一起烤。
- 也可以用炸的方式,烤则比较健康。
Ingredients:
3 russet potatoes, washed & cut into wedges, 2 – 3 Tbsps olive oil, 1 tsp salt, pinch of ground black pepper
3 -4 Tbsps Lady’s choice cheesy mayonnaise
Method:
- Place wedges onto a tray & drizzle olive oil, salt & pepper.
- Bake in pre-heated oven @180*C for 30 minutes or until wedges are tender.
- Serve warm wedges with cheesy mayonnaise drizzled on top.
- You may add some herbs sprinkled on the potatoes when baking like rosemary/ thyme if wished
- Alternatively you may deep fry the wedges until golden brown which is not so healthy.
