芝士香料鸡柳包 Herbs Parmesan Chicken Fillet

香料鸡柳材料:可做6个
鸡柳肉500克
500 g chicken fillet meat

腌鸡材料
芥末酱2汤匙、鸡蛋1粒(打散)、黑胡椒粉1茶匙、生粉1汤匙、鲜奶2汤匙、盐1茶匙、白糖1汤匙
2 Tbsps yellow mustard, 1 beaten egg, 1 tsp ground black pepper, 1 Tbsp corn flour, 2 Tbsps milk, 1 tsp salt, 1 Tbsp sugar

脆皮料
薯片碎1杯、迷迭香2茶匙、干牛至草2茶匙、parmesan芝士100克
1 cup crushed potato chips, 2 tsps dried rosemary,2 tsps dried oregano, 100 g parmesan cheese

配料
黑炭面包6个(切开涂牛油)、芝士片、青瓜丝、烧烤酱
6 charcoal burger buns (slit and buttered), cheese slices, shredded cucumber, BBQ sauce

香料鸡柳做法
1.用腌料腌鸡柳。(图1)
1.Marinate the chicken fillet pieces with the marinade ingredients. (pic 1)

2.在大碗中把脆皮料混合均匀。(图2)
2.In a bowl, combine the crispy coating. (pic 2)

3.把鸡柳肉沾满脆皮料,然后收入冰箱。(图3)
3.Roll each marinated fillet into the crumbs, place onto a plate. Repeat until all chicken fillet coated thoroughly. Chill in refrigerator. (pic 3)

4.锅中烧热适量油,用中火把鸡柳两面煎至酥脆捞出,以纸巾吸干油。(图4)
4.Heat just some oil in a non-stick pan, pan-fry the chicken fillet turning over once and till crispy. Drain on paper towels. (pic 4)

组合
把美奶滋、青瓜丝、番茄及两片脆皮鸡肉顺序放在面包上,叠上芝士片,淋上烧烤酱或自己喜欢的酱,即可享用。(图5-8)
Slit and buttered the charcoal bun, spread each bun with mayonnaise, shredded cucumber, tomatoes, 2 pieces crispy herbs parmesan fillet, cheese and BBQ sauce, serve immediately. (pic 5-8)
