    Step 1

    将烤箱预热至180摄氏度。花椰菜切成小瓣。往大平底锅中倒入半锅水,煮沸后加入花椰菜和盐,煮上8-10分钟,至花椰菜变软。关火,滤干水。Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F. Cut cauliflower into small florets. Fill a large saucepan half full with water, bring to a boil, add cauliflower and salt, and cook for approx. 8 – 10 min. until tender. Remove from heat and drain.

    Step 2

    将花椰菜倒入大碗中,用手持搅碎机打成菜泥。倒入碎芝士、蛋黄、奇亚籽、牛至叶和杏仁粉。加盐和胡椒调味。搅拌均匀,揉成面团。Now, place cauliflower in a large bowl and puree using a hand masher. Add grated cheese, egg yolk, chia seeds, oregano, and almond flour to bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly to form into dough.

    Step 3

    Step 4

    在披萨焦脆的外层撒上意大利乳清干酪,然后放上三文鱼、大虾、松子和碎山葵。饰以新鲜莳萝。Spread ricotta evenly over crust. Then, top pizza off with salmon, shrimp, pine nuts, and freshly grated horseradish. Garnish with fresh dill.
