    苏格兰蛋它外层是金黄酥脆的面包糠外衣,里边裹着香辣绞肉的全蛋,无论在口感或味道上都非常有层次感。

    Step 1

    取一大碗,将所有材料B混合后,搅拌均匀,备用。Mixes all ingredients B in mixing bowl.

    Step 2

    将水煮蛋沾上少许普通面粉,接着取适量猪肉混合料包裹均匀,整成椭圆形。Coat hard boiled eggs with some plain flour, and then wrap with minced meat mixture, make into oval shape.

    Step 3

    依步骤先沾上普通面粉、鸡蛋液,再沾上面包糠,备用。Coat the oval egg with plain flour, follow with egg sauce and breadcrumbs.

    Step 4

    冷油下锅,烧热,将肉丸炸至金黄,即可捞起,沥干油份,待凉后享用。Heat oil in wok, then deep fry the meat balls until golden brown, drain and serve after cooling down.
