红枣洗净,略拍,去核。Rinse the red dates. Crush lightly with the flat of a knife. Remove the stones.
烧滚水,下全部材料以猛火煲10分钟,该慢火煲2小时,下盐调味即可饮用。Boil water and put in all ingredients. Boil over high heat for 10 minutes. Then switch to low heat and simmer for 2 hours. Season with salt and serve.
