药材乌鸡汤Chinese Herbal Soup with Black Chicken

【材料】
乌鸡1只、党参5根(切片)、熟地3块、玉竹50克、枸杞10克、红枣10粒、蜜枣3粒、龙眼干5粒

【调味料】
盐1/2茶匙、生抽1/2茶匙、绍兴酒1茶匙

【材料】
1.将乌鸡洗净切小块,放入热水中川烫好备用;将所有药材洗净备用。
2.锅内注入1500cc清水,加入药材煮20分钟至出味。(图1)
3.放入鸡块,以慢火煮约1小时。(图2)
4.加入调味料拌匀,即可趁热享用。(图3-4)

【Ingredients】
1 whole black chicken, 5 dang shen(slices), 3 Shou Di, 50g Yu Zhu, 10g Gou Qi, 10 red dates, 3 honey dates, 5 dry long yan

【Seasonings】
1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp soy sauce,1 tsp Shao Xin wine

【Method】
1.Wash and cut black chicken into small pieces, blanch in boiling, drain and set aside; rinse all Chinese herbs thoroughly, set aside.
2.Boil 1500cc water in pot, add in all herbal ingredients, simmer for 20 minutes till lavour infused.(pic 1)
3.Add in black chicken, turn to low heat and simmer for another 1 hours. (pic 2)
4.Add seasoning to taste, serve hot. (pic 3-4)
