莲藕夹做法很简单,记得将莲藕削皮切薄片,用清水浸泡一下,防变色,莲藕片厚薄可根据自己喜欢的口感作调整。

    Step 1

    将莲藕的水分沥干,涂上一层淀粉。Drain the moisture from the lotus root and coat it with a layer of cornstarch.

    Step 2

    把素肉馅压在莲藕片上。Press the vegetarian meat filling onto the lotus root slices.

    Step 3

    热锅下油,加入莲藕夹,煎至两面金黄色即可起锅。Heat oil in a pan, add the stuffed lotus root, and fry until both sides are golden brown.

    Step 4

    锅内加入调好的酱汁煮滚,倒入莲藕夹,焖煮收汁即可盛碟。In the same pan, add the prepared sauce, bring it to a boil, pour it over the stuffed lotus root, simmer until the sauce thickens, then plate and serve.
