菇菌即食素面Vegetarian nstant Noodle with Mushrooms

【材料】
素即食面1包、鲍鱼菇30克、金针菇20克、蘑菇4粒、菜心30克

【调味料】
素食面调味料1包、麻油少许、胡椒粉少许

【做法】
1.将蘑菇切片,连同金针菇及鲍鱼菇放入沸水中川烫熟,捞起备用。(图1-2)
2.煮滚1杯水,放入素食面煮约1分钟。(图3)
3.加入菜心及调味料煮熟。(图4-5)
4.吃时铺上金针菇、鲍鱼菇及蘑菇即可。(图6)

【Ingredients】
1 pkt vegetarian instant noodles, 30g abalone mushroom, 20g enokitake mushroom, 4 pcs button mushroom, 30g sawi

【Seasoning】
1 sachet instant seasoning, drops of sesame oil, dash of pepper

【Method】
1.Blanch all mushrooms in a pot of boiling water, drain and set aside.(pic 1-2)
2.Cook instant vegetarian noodles with 1 cup of hot water for 1 minute.(pic 3)
3.Add in sawi and seasoning, boil unti cooked. (pic 4-5)
4.Pour a mushrooms on top of the noodles when serve.(pic 6)
