蒜椒香虾 Pepper Garlic Prawn

材料
明虾5 0 0克、生粉少许、白胡椒粒15 克( 拍裂)
、McCormick® Garlic Powder蒜头粉2汤
匙、McCormick® Black peppercorn Grinder
黑胡椒粉适量。
配料
青葱粒2汤匙、McCormick® Coriander Leaves
1汤匙、红辣椒粒1汤匙
做法
1 把虾处理干净后抹干,沾少许生粉。(图1)
2 起锅热油,大火把虾炸至熟。(图2)
3 留1汤匙油在锅里,把白胡椒粒爆香。(图3)
4 把炸虾回锅,加入所有配料迅速兜炒。(图4)
5 盛出前撒入McCormick® Garlic Powder 蒜头粉
和McCormick® Black peppercorn Grinder
黑胡椒粉,再兜一下即可上桌。
6 吃前再额外撒入McCormick® Garlic Powder
蒜头粉即可。(图5)

INGREDIENTS
500g grass prawns, Dash of tapioca flour, 15g white
peppercorn (smashed), 2tbsp McCormick® Garlic
Powder, Dash of McCormick® Black peppercorn
Grinder
SUB-INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp chopped spring onion, 1 tbsp McCormick®
Coriander Leaves, 1 tbsp diced red chili
METHOD
1 Clean prawns and pat dry; and then coat with dash
of tapioca flour. (pic 1)
2 Heat oil in wok, deep fry prawns in high heat until cooked.

3 Keep 1 tbsp oil in wok, sauté peppercorn until aromatic.

4 Return fried prawns into wok, toss in all sub-ingredients
and stir-fry briskly. (pic 4)
5 Just before dishing out, toss in McCormick® Garlic
Powder and McCormick® Black peppercorn Grinder,
just stir and dish out.
6 Before serving, sprinkle extra McCormick® Garlic
Powder over. (pic 5)
