【薄饼材料】
薄饼皮4片、海苔4片、红萝卜1条(切丝)、青瓜1条
(切丝)、蟹柳4-6条、柴鱼薄片6-8汤匙
【酱料】 (混合)
美奶滋、黑胡椒酱及辣椒酱适量
【薄饼做法】
1. 把薄饼皮铺桌面,放入海苔,然后再放青瓜,红萝卜丝,蟹柳及柴鱼薄片。(图1-3)
2. 涂上酱汁,然后卷起包好。(图4)
3. 每条切成5块,装入午餐盒。

【炸鸡块材料】
鸡柳肉300克(切2公分方块)、生粉2-3汤匙、辣椒粉1⁄2茶匙、黄姜粉1⁄2茶匙、盐及白糖各1⁄2茶匙、鸡蛋1⁄2粒、咖哩叶1束

【炸鸡块做法】
1. 把所有鸡肉和材料混合,腌至少30分钟。(图5-6)
2. 热足够的油,把腌鸡肉炸至酥脆,然后装入午餐盒。(图7)
3. 配水果或蔬菜沙律。

【Ingredients for Popiah】
4 pcs Fresh Popiah skin, 4 pcs seaweed,1 carrot(peeled & julienned), 1 cucumber(julienned),
4pcs-6 pcs crabstick, 6-8 Tbsps bonito flakes
【Sauce】 (mixed)
Mayonnaise, Black pepper sauce, chilly sauce [optional]

【Method for Popiah】
1. Lay popiah skin on a clean surface. Place a sheet of seaweed over and in layers top cucumber, carrot,crabstick and some bonito flakes over.
2. Pipe mixed sauce over and tightly roll up like a cigar.
3. Slice into 5 pieces each roll and place into bento containers.

【Crispy Fried Chicken Bites】
300g chicken fillet (cut into 2cm cubes), 2 tsps- 3tsps cornflour, 1⁄2 tsp chilly powder, 1⁄2 tsp kunyit powder,1⁄2 tsp salt, 1⁄2 tsp sugar, 1⁄2 egg, 1 sprig curry leaves

【To Prepare Chicken】
1. Combine all ingredients and marinate for minimum 30 minutes.
2. Heat sufficient cooking oil, deep fry the marinated chicken pieces until crispy. Remove and place into bento set.
3. Serve with some fruits or salad of your choice
