    Step 1

    冷油下锅,将芋头丁过油后,捞起,备用。 Heat oil in wok, blanch yam into hot oil, drain and set aside.

    Step 2

    冷锅下适量食油,将小葱头爆香后, 加入蒜茸、蚝干、虾米和猪肉继续翻 炒至发出香气。 Heat some oil in wok, saute shallot till fragrant, add in chopped garlic, dried oyster, dried shrimp and pork meat, stir fry well till aromatic

    Step 3

    下芋头丁、调味料和糙米,翻炒均匀。 Toss in yam, seasoning and brown rice, stir fry well.

    Step 4

    下纯净水,盖上盖子(或倒入电饭锅 内),焖煮至饭熟。 Add in water and cover the lid (or transfer to rice cooker), simmer till rice cooked.

    Step 5

    享用前,撒上适量的油葱酥和葱花即可。 Before serve, sprinkle with some crispy shallot and chopped spring onion, done.
