    芋头口感甜绵香糯,营养价值近似马铃薯,是种营养价值很高的碱性食物之一。可提高免疫力同时拥有海牛奶美誉的蚝豉,搭配起芋头,不止营养满满,也特别有风味。

    Step 1

    将所有材料A洗切好,备用。Wash all ingredients and set aside.

    Step 2

    冷油下锅,将芋头丁过油后,捞起,备用。Heat oil in wok, blanch yam into hot oil, drain and set aside.

    Step 3

    冷锅下适量食油,将小葱头爆香后,加入蒜茸、蚝干、虾米和猪肉继续翻炒至发出香气。Heat some oil in wok, saute shallot till fragrant, add in chopped garlic, dried oyster, dried shrimp and pork meat, stir fry well till aromatic.

    Step 4

    下芋头丁、调味料和糙米,翻炒均匀,下纯净水,盖上盖子(或倒入电饭锅内),焖煮至饭熟。Toss in yam, seasoning and brown rice, stir fry well. Add in water and cover the lid (or trasnfer to rice cooker), simmer till rice cooked.

    Step 5

    享用前,撒上适量的油葱酥和葱花即可。Before serve, sprinkle with some crispy shallot and chopped spring onion, done.
