    Step 1

    马铃薯放入热油中炸至微焦黄即可捞出备用。Put the potatoes in hot oil and fry until slightly browned, remove to drain the oil and set aside.

    Step 2

    鸡翼加入腌料拌匀,腌制1小时。Add the marinade ingredients to the chicken wings and mix well, marinate for 1 hour.

    Step 3

    取出腌制后的鸡翼,放入油锅炸香至熟,捞出沥油备用。Take out the marinated chicken wings, deep fried until cooked, remove to drain the oil and set aside.

    Step 4

    锅中留少许油爆香辣椒干,倒入蜜汁煮滚。Leave some oil in the pot and sauté the dried chilies, pour in the honey sauce and bring to a boil.

    Step 5

    加入炸熟马铃薯和鸡翼翻炒均匀,熄火。Add the fried potatoes and chicken wings, stir-fry evenly and turn off the heat.

    Step 6

    挤入柠檬汁拌匀后即可盛起享用。Squeeze in the lemon juice mix well and serve.
