豆豉鱼片焖豆腐 braised fish fillet tofu with bean paste

材料
豆豉1½汤匙
蒜末1茶匙
姜末1茶匙
鱼片200克
软豆腐或盒装豆腐1盒
青葱1棵(切粒)
玉米粉适量(勾芡)
水适量
做法
1.先把鱼片放点盐、胡椒粉和玉米粉腌制一会。(图1)
2.锅内放油,油热后,放入鱼片煎至上色。(图2)
3.锅内留少许油,放入蒜末、姜末、豆豉炒香。(图3-4)
4.加入适量的水,把豆腐放入焖煮。(图5-6)
5.加入玉米粉水勾芡。如果咸度不够可以加点盐调味。
6.最后加入青葱即可上桌。

Ingredients
1½ tbsp black bean paste,
1 tsp chopped garlic,
1 tsp chopped ginger, 200g fish fillet,
1 soft tofu,
1 stalk spring onion (chopped),
Some corn flour(thickening),
Some water
Method
1. Marinate fish fillet with some salt, pepper and cornflour. (Pic 1)
2. Heat some oil in wok, pan fry fish fillet till golden brown. Set aside. (Pic 2)
3. Keep some oil in wok, sauté chopped garlic and ginger till fragrant, toss in black bean paste, stirwell. (Pic 3-4)
4. Pour in some water, add in tofu and simmer for awhile. (Pic 5-6)
5. Add in corn starch to thicken gravy. Adjust the taste with salt.
6. Top with some chopped spring onion before serve.
