    炒油渣菜莆是送粥的美味小菜。小时候最经常吃的是菜脯粒炒油渣,特别香,特别下饭。

    Step 1

    以猪油爆香蒜茸,放入长豆、菜莆炒香。Sauté garlic with pork oil, and then add in long bean and pickled radish, sauté until fragrant.

    Step 2

    洒入适量水,炒片刻加入青、红辣椒碎、黑豆豉及调味料炒匀。Sprinkle some water in wok, add in chopped chilies, black fermented soy bean and seasoning, stir-fry until well mixed.

    Step 3

    最后加入猪油渣及花生拌兜即可上碟。At last toss in crispy pork lard and peanuts; dish out.
