    Step 1

    鸡胸肉洗净、抹干水分,备用。Wash and pat dry chicken breast.

    Step 2

    下腌料和柠檬片,盖上盖子,腌制3个小时或放置在雪柜内过夜。Marinate meat with marinades and top with lemon slice; cover and keep for 3 hours or in fridge over-night.

    Step 3

    取出鸡肉,下柠檬汁,继续腌30分钟。Remove chicken breast, squeeze lemon juice over and continue to marinate for 30 minutes.

    Step 4

    烤箱预热200°C,将鸡肉、柠檬片和迷迭香排在烤盘上,烤约30分钟至鸡肉熟透即可,趁热享用。Pre-heat oven at 200°C, grill the meat with lemon slices and rosemary for about 30 minutes until cooked through.
