    功能 : 益气补中,养阴止汗。 适应症 : 产后汗多,疲倦乏力,心悸气短,肢体酸软。

    Step 1

    猪肚洗净,然后填入糯米、黑豆和蚝干,以线扎紧后放入砂锅内,加入清水约 1000ml,大火煮滚后以汤勺撇去浮污。Wash mesentery thoroughly, and then stuff glutinous rice, black bean and dried oyster into the mesentery, tighten with string and put into clay pot, pour in 1000ml water and bring to boil in high heat, remove any floating scums.

    Step 2

    加入米酒、姜和清葱,改用小火慢慢炖至猪肚烂熟即成,食前加食盐适当调味。Add in rice wine, spring onion and ginger; simmer in low heat until the mesentery is well cooked, season with salt and serve.
