    Directions

    腐皮裹上剁碎的肉碎、叉烧、马蹄碎等,包成如春卷状再放下油锅炸成焦黄,外皮酥脆,内馅爽口,鲜香带甜却不腻。

    Step 1

    将腐皮剪开18cmx15cm,将材料B全部混合,拌至起胶。Cut bean curd sheet into 18cm x 15cm, combine ingredients B and mix well.

    Step 2

    放2汤匙混合料B和1条叉烧在腐皮上然后卷起(重复其余,排在涂油盘上)。Flatlen 1 sheet of beancurd on the chopping board. Add in 2 tbsp mixture B, 1 strip of char siu and roll up (Repeat the rest and put in a greased tray).

    Step 3

    放入蒸锅内蒸20分钟,取出待冷。Arrange meat rolls in steamer and steam for 20 minutes. Remove and leave cool.

    Step 4

    炸油烧热,放入肉卷炸至金黄色。Heat oil for deep frying, add in meat rolls and deep fry until golden brown.

    Step 5

    取出切块即可与青瓜和辣椒酱一同进食。Cut into pieces and serve with cucumber and chili sauce.
