    功能 : 滋阴补肾,养血柔肝,利水化湿,清热排毒 适应症 : 腰酸背痛,手脚麻痹,疲倦水肿,小便不利

    Step 1

    锅内加入清水两勺,大火烧滚后加入黄酒,然后将带子投入,汆煮片刻后捞出,沥干水分备用。Pour 2 ladles of water into wok, bring to boil and then add in rice wine and scallops, blanch briefly and dish out; drain.

    Step 2

    将麻油倒入锅内烧热,投入姜片爆香,然后放入芥蓝、红灯笼椒、黄灯笼椒、玉米笋及鸡汤翻炒片刻。Heat sesame oil in wok, sauté ginger until fragrant, and then toss in Kailan, all capsicum, baby corn and chicken stock; stir-fry for a short while.

    Step 3

    投入带子、枸杞子和调味料,快速拌炒上碟。Return scallops into wok, add GouQi and seasonings, stir to mixed, dish out.
