    酸酸甜甜的油炸非洲鱼,酸甜度以个人喜爱自己调制,非常开胃。嗜辣者可以加入辣椒会更美味哦。

    Step 1

    烧热油,把鱼炸至金黄色,沥干油,盛起待用。Heat some oil in wok, deep fry the Tilapia fish until golden. Set aside.

    Step 2

    烧少许油,爆香蒜米、洋葱和材料B。Saute garlic till fragrance add in ingredient B, bring to a boil.

    Step 3

    加入黄瓜和番茄炒一下。Lastly add in cucumber and tomato, stir well.

    Step 4

    倒入调味料煮滚,然后把煮好的酱汁淋在鱼上即可。Pour in the sauce and bring to boil, pour over the sauce on top of fish, done.
