    心得交流站 : 蛋挞模记得抹上油,使炸好的金杯较易脱模

    Step 1

    素鸡炸至金黄色备用。Deep fry mock chicken meat until golden brown.

    Step 2

    将一片饺子皮放入一个蛋挞模形内,再放入一个模压住,用热油炸至金黄色盛起,备用。Place 1 piece of wonton skin on a tart mold,top with another mold and deep fry until golden brown,drain.

    Step 3

    烧热油,爆香姜末,加入材料B炒香,再加入调味料,炒至收汁即成。Sauté ginger with oil until fragrant,toss in ingredients B and follow with seasoning;simmer until gravy reduced.

    Step 4

    炒好的材料放入金杯中,撒上松子仁享用。Dish out and put into golden cup,sprinkle pine seeds on top to serve.
