    这道年菜看是简单但是汤料丰富滋补。以蟹肉烩燕窝为羹汤,鲜甜嫩滑而且还润肺养颜。

    Step 1

    将蟹洗净,蒸熟,待冷后拆开取肉待用。Clean crab, steam and remove the meat, set aside.

    Step 2

    燕窝放入锅内煮10分钟,捞起过冷河。Steam bird's nest for 10 minutes, drain and rince with cold water.

    Step 3

    将金汤料放入炖盅内,炖最少6个小时。Arrange all golden soup ingredients into double boil pot, boil for 6 hours.

    Step 4

    把炖好的燕窝倒入锅中,倒入金汤、下调味料,再下蟹肉兜匀煮滚。盛汤碗内即可上桌。In a wok, cook bird's nest with golden soup and seasoning, add in crab meat and bring to boil, dish out.
