锅内加入少许油,加入材料B炒匀,拌入调味料,再加入材料A煮至浓。In a pan, add some oil and stir-fry ingredients B until well mix. Stir in the seasoning and then add ingredients A. Cook until thickened.
准备一个模具,抹上油,倒入做法1的面糊,以大火蒸30分钟至熟。Prepare a mold and grease some oil, pour in the mixture from step 1. Steam over high heat for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
热锅将酱料煮滚备用。In a heated pan, bring the sauce ingredients to a boil and set aside.
待凉后,切成小块,加入配料即可。Once cooled, cut the steamed mixture into small pieces and add the garnishes.
