    Step 1

    将菠菜叶放入电动搅拌机搅烂备用。Blend spinach into puree.

    Step 2

    烧热2大匙油，加入材料B和C炒香，加入清水煮滚，接着加入菠菜汁和调味料，最后勾芡一滚即可盛起。Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok，sauté ingredients B and C until fragrant，pour in water and bring to boil; then add in spinach puree and seasoning，once boil again，thicken with starch.
