银鱼仔炒饭Fried Rice with Silver Ikan Bilis

【材料】
冷饭2碗、银鱼仔25克(洗净沥干)、大葱1粒(切碎)、鸡蛋2粒(打散)、葱花1汤匙、蒜头1大粒(剁碎)

【调味料】
鸡精粉1茶匙、胡椒粉少许

【做法】
1.银鱼仔以热油炸至脆,沥干油待用。(图1)
2.镬中烧热适量油,爆香蒜头至金黄色,取出待用。(图2-3)
3.倒入蛋液快速搅教略置一旁,然后炒香大葱碎。
4.拌入冷饭及调味料翻炒。(图4)
5.最后加入已炸香的银鱼仔及炸香蒜头碎,以大火拌炒均匀即可上碟。(图5-6)
6.面上撒入葱花即可。

【INGREDIENTS】
2 bowls cold white rice, 25g silver ikan bilis(wash & drain), 1 onion(choppoed), 2 eggs(beaten), 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, 1 whole garlic(chopped)

【SEASONING】
1 tsp chicken stock granule, dash of pepper

【METHOD】
1.Deep fry silver ikan bilis in hot oil until crispy. (pic 1)
2.Deep fry garlic with some hot oil until golden brown. (pic 2-3)
3.Pour egg sauce into remaining hot oil and stir-fry, then push to the side of wok, add in chopped onion and saut’e until fragrant.
4.Pour in rice and seasoning, stir to mix. (pic 4)
5.Toss in fried ikan bilis and garlic, stir fry in high heat until well mix. (pic 5-6)
6.Sprinkle spring onion on top and serve.
