    肥瘦适中的五花肉最引人垂涎了,以瓦煲焖煮够入味,拿来拌饭真的很赞。

    Step 1

    五花肉切小块,加入腌料捞匀置放30分钟。Cut the pork belly into small pieces, add the marinade sauce and set aside for 30 minutes.

    Step 2

    烧热1汤匙油,爆香小葱头和蒜头。Heat 1 tbsp oil to saute shallots and garlic till fragrant.

    Step 3

    加入腌好的五花肉炒香,跟着放入黑木耳、炸腐竹支和红枣拌炒。Add the marinated pork belly and stir fry until fragrant, add in black fungus, fried bean curd sticks and red dates stir well.

    Step 4

    倒入水与材料,水量要盖过材料,以中小火焖煮约40分钟至汁稍收干。Pour in water and ingredients, the water should enough cover the ingredients, simmer with medium heat for 40 minutes until the sauce is slightly dried.

    Step 5

    放入绍兴酒及青葱段拌炒一下,即可原锅上桌。Add Shaoxing wine and spring onion and stir fry, serve.
