    有着钵子糕样子的隆邦椰丝糕,它的口感Q弹、入口满满的椰香椰糖味,清甜爽口。

    Step 1

    将材料A的水煮滚后,加入椰糖、白糖和斑兰叶煮至溶解,熄火摊凉后,取出斑兰叶。Heat the water, add the sugar and the pandan leaves. Keep stirring the syrup and let it come to a boil or until the sugar dissolved. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool. Remove the pandan leaves.

    Step 2

    在另一个大碗中,将材料B混合均匀,慢慢倒入做法1的糖浆,不停拌匀成浓稠面糊,过滤去除杂质。In a large bowl, mix the rice flour and starch together. Add in the cooled syrup and stir until the flour dissolved into a thin batter. Remove any lumps by pouring through a sieve.

    Step 3

    把已过滤的面糊倒入小杯中,移入已煮滚的蒸锅中,中大火蒸20分钟,取出待凉后挖出杯子糕,粘上椰丝享用。pour the batter into each cup and place them on the steamer.To check if the cakes are ready the batter will be firm to touch and yet still springy.Serve the cakes with the grated coconut.
