韩国杂菜炒粉丝 Japchae

材料 :
粉丝100克、鸡肉50克(切丝)、鸿禧菇1包(浸泡滴干)、红萝卜30克(切丝)、青灯笼椒½粒(切丝)、大葱½粒(切丝)
酱汁材料 :
酱油5汤匙、白糖1汤匙、糖浆2汤匙、麻油少许、胡椒粉和芝麻少许
做法 :
❶ 将鸿禧菇泡水30分钟,捞起用少许酱油、糖及蒜茸腌好,再以少许油炒熟备用。(图1)
❷ 另外把粉丝烫6-7分钟至熟备用。(图2)
❸ 用½汤匙酱油、少许糖、麻油及胡椒粉腌鸡肉,然后下锅炒熟。(图3-4)
❹ 加入红萝卜丝、大葱、灯笼椒炒均。(图5)
❺ 然后把粉丝加入炒料中,再加入酱汁炒均即可。(图6)

INGREDIENTS :
100g glass noodles, 50g chicken meat(sliced), 1 pact mogi mushroom (soaked,drain and sliced), 30g carrot (sliced), ½ green capsicum (sliced), ½ onion (sliced)
JAPCHAE SAUCE :
5 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp. sugar syrup, little sesame oil, pepper and sesame seed
METHOD :
❶ Soak mogi mushroom in water for about 30 minutes, drain and marinate with with little soy sauce, sugar and minced garlic and then saute with some oil till  cook. (pic 1)
❷ Boil the glass noodle for 6 to 7 minutes., drain and set aside. (pic 2)
❸ Season chicken meat with ½ tbsp. soy sauce, little sugar,sesame oil, and pepper , stir fry till cooked. (pic 3-4)
❹ Add in carrot, onion, bell pepper and fry it. (pic 5)
❺ Toss in glass noodles and all ingredients;, stir well and add in Japchae sauce, done. (pic 6)
