    外脆内软的韭菜虾饼,相信是许多人最爱。面糊可以根据自己口味来调配,例如要吃甜甜的虾饼,可以加1-2粒马蹄/一小片沙葛剁碎进入面糊。若喜欢带点辣,可以加少许黄姜粉。

    Step 1

    将材料A拌至幼滑才搅入果子盐。Mix ingredients A and stir into a smooth batter then stir in ENO.

    Step 2

    取一平底锅,多放点油,舀入一汤匙面糊,再放上虾。Spread in a teasp of oil and tablespoon of batter and put shrimps on top.

    Step 3

    煎至两边金黄色或熟透。取出即可趁热进食。Pan fry both side until golden brown or cooked. Remove and serve.
