    姜丝炒猪肉简单易做,是地道美味的浓郁下饭家常菜。给肉调味的时候有一个小窍门,在给猪肉调味时不要放盐调味 ,放生抽代替就可以。这是因为盐会使肉质变紧实,炒的时候就会炒老。

    Step 1

    先将猪肉片用酱油、胡椒粉、黑酱油、少许玉米粉腌制30分钟。Marinate pork with some soy sauce,pepper, dark soy sauce and corn starch for 30 minutes.

    Step 2

    锅内放入食油,放入姜丝炒至金黄酥脆。Heat some oil in wok, sauté shredded ginger till golden brown and crispy.

    Step 3

    盛起姜丝待用,保留炒姜丝用的油。Remove the ginger and keep the oil in wok.

    Step 4

    放入蒜末,炒香。Add in chopped garlic and sauté till fragrant.

    Step 5

    放入已腌好的猪肉片,翻炒。Add in pork slices and stirring occasionally.

    Step 6

    放入少许水,翻炒至猪肉全熟。Pour in some water, pan fry pork slices till they are fully cooked.

    Step 7

    水收干后,可以熄火,然后撒入一半炒好的姜丝,翻炒一会。Simmer till sauce thicken, off heat, toss in half portion of crispy ginger, stir well.

    Step 8

    上菜后,再把剩下的姜丝铺上,即可享用。Dish out, top with remaining crispy ginger, ready to serve.
