炸香料纸包鸡不可以用大火,否则很容易烧焦,最好用温油浸泡至熟,不会烧焦之余,鸡肉又滑又好吃。

    Step 1

    将鸡腿加入腌料和调味料充分拌匀,放入冰箱腌制2小时或隔夜。Marinate chicken with condiments and seasoning in fridge for 2 hours.

    Step 2

    将油纸和香蕉叶剪成15cm X 15cm。Cut parchment paper and banana leaves into 15 X 15 cm sheets.

    Step 3

    剪好的油纸叠上香蕉叶,放入腌制好的鸡肉包起,用订书钉钉起收口。同样的方式做完为止。Place banana leaf on top of parchment paper,then top with marinated chicken;wrap up and seal with staplers. Repeat steps for the rest of ingredients.

    Step 4

    准备炸油,放入纸包鸡,用中火炸至熟透,捞起沥干油份,打开即可享用。Heat oil in wok,deep fry chicken parcels in medium high heat until cooked, dish out and drain. Ready to serve.
