    Step 1

    把干荷叶放入滚水中烫软,待用。Put the dried lotus leaves in boiling water to soften, set aside for later use.

    Step 2

    烧热油,把猴头菇、杏鲍菇、叉烧、青豆炒至香,加入冷饭及调味料。Heat the oil, stir-fry lion's mane mushroom, king oyster mushroom, vegetarian char siew and green peas until fragrant, add in rice and seasonings, stir well.

    Step 3

    将炒好的饭盛装在荷叶中包成团,趁热享用。Put the fried rice in a lotus leaf and wrap it, enjoy while hot.
