    Step 1

    将明虾洗净沥干水份,虾背用刀轻轻的划几刀,加入腌料充份搅拌均匀,腌½小时。Wash prawns,drain and cut a few slits on its back and marinate with condiments for ½hour.

    Step 2

    用培根卷起虾身,用竹签固定。Roll prawn with bacon and secure with bamboo skewer.

    Step 3

    烧热3杯油,将培根虾放入热油中,炸大约3-4分钟至熟,即可捞起沥油。Heat 3 cups oil in wok,deep fry bacon roll for 3-4 minutes or until prawn cooked,drain.

    Step 4

    准备碟子装饰,将培根虾排上去,挤上沾酱即可上桌。Arrange prawn rolls on plate with garnishing,squeeze dipping sauce on top to serve.
