    Step 1

    把肉切成小块,加入其他材料A腌均勻。Cut meat with skin into pieces and marinade with others ingredients A.

    Step 2

    烧热2汤匙油入锅内,加入肉块炒匀至上色。Heat 2tbsp oil in pot,add in meat and stir fry evenly until colored.

    Step 3

    加入双菇和材料D煮滚。Add in mushrooms and ingredients D,bring to a boil.

    Step 4

    转小火煮至肉刚刚软熟。Reduce to low heat and cook until meat become just tender.

    Step 5

    拌入献汁和蒜子苗,取出趁热与白饭一同进食。Stir in flour solution and leeks,remove and serve with cooked rice.
