    Step 1

    将鸡腿洗净,在皮上面划两刀。Wash chicken whole leg and cut slits on the surface.

    Step 2

    准备大碗将鸡腿、洋葱碎、蒜茸和腌料充份搅拌均匀。Marinate chicken whole legs with chopped garlic,onion and marinades.

    Step 3

    放进冰箱腌制2小时。Keep in fridge for 2 hours.

    Step 4

    以200度预热烤箱,将腌制好的鸡腿送进烤箱烘烤大约30分钟,取出装饰后即可马上享用。Pre-heat oven to 200℃,grill the chicken whole legs for about 30 minutes; remove from oven,top with garnishing and serve.
