    Step 1

    将鱼片吸干水,涂上盐和胡椒粉,置放一旁。Pat dry the fish fillet and marinate with salt and seasoning.

    Step 2

    鸡蛋打散,加入盐和油,搅拌均匀。Beaten eggs and mixes with dash of salt and oil.

    Step 3

    将猪肉碎和杂豆搅拌均匀,备用。Mixes minced meat with frozen vegetables.

    Step 4

    热一平底锅,倒入鸡蛋液,煎成蛋饼,取出摊平。Heat pan and sear egg into egg skin.

    Step 5

    把猪肉碎抹匀在蛋饼上,卷起,然后蒸7分钟。Spread minced meat on egg skin, roll up and steam for 7 minutes.
